Kerala Health Minister KK Shailaja won praises from across the world for the state's efforts in containing the spread of COVID-19 there. Her work was featured in almost all international media houses and The Guardian even called her coronavirus slayer and Kerala's rock star health minister. But Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee president Mullappally Ramachandran has no praise for her and called her Covid Rani.
