Kim Jong to build over 25000 homes to help typhoon-hit areas recover

A day after sobbing and apologizing to the military, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has promised to build over 25,000 houses over the next five years in a bid to help the areas hit by typhoon recover. The dictator said this while visiting the worst-hit areas in the country. Kim asked the military to chart out an ambitious construction plan. The military has nearly completed the construction of 2,300 houses in the Komdok area.
