Unhappy Union Minister Giriraj Singh spoke about Mamata Banerjee's decision to ban victory processions across West Bengal after BJP won in LS Polls and said, "The way Mamata is governing, it seems she doesn't believe in Constitution. She doesn't consider PM as PM. She doesn't want to come into the system. Her countdown has begun, people now want development." He further said she's acting like N Korea leader Kim Jong-Un.
