Mehul Choksi claimed to have applied for Antiguan passport 'lawfully'

Fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi claimed that he had applied for Antiguan passport lawfully to expand his business there. He said that had to visit the US in January for some medical treatment and after that, he decided to stay in Antigua and Barbuda as he is a citizen there. On Tuesday it came out on Indian media that Interpol has informed ED about Mehul Choksi's residency in Antigua and Barbuda.
