MHA issues notice to Rahul Gandhi to explain his citizenship

The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a notice to Congress president Rahul Gandhi over his citizenship and asked to explain his factual position over the complaints registered against him on the issue within the fortnight. The complaint was registered by the BJP parliamentarian Subramanian Swamy, who has for years been claiming that Rahul is a British citizen. The notice has been issued during the polls in India.
