National Herald office not to be vacated says SC, sends notice to center

The news has come as a relief for Rahul and Sonia Gandhi as the Supreme Court has asked not to vacate the office in the capital. The court has also sent the notice to the center. The decision came while the court was hearing a plea by the Associated Journals Limited, the publisher of National Herald, against a Delhi High Court verdict in February saying that the office must be vacated.
