National Hydrology Project: Gujarat tops in water efficiency survey, Delhi worst

According to a ranking done by the government, Gujarat has topped the survey on water efficiency targets while Delhi remains amongst the worst performers. The BIS has also claimed that water quality in Delhi is worst as it failed in all the 19 parameters set by them. The AAP led Delhi government had refuted the reports claiming of bias in sample testing. Another state that significantly improved its ranking was TN.
