National security at risk? Kejriwal hired US-blacklisted company to install CCTV
Delhi government has granted a tender for 1.5 lakh CCTV cameras to a firm that is majorly owned by Prama Hikvision India Private Limited. The firm has been blacklisted by the US government for hacking data and for accessing it illegally through backdoors. Prama Hikvision's CEO Ashish Dhakan has accepted that the majority of the shares are owned by a Chinese company. BJP leaders have called the incident disconcerting.
