A group of protestors burned down an effigy of Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday in a protest against Bejing for encroaching upon a chunk of Nepal’s land. A large group of protestors came out in the streets of Saptari, Bardiya, Kapilvastu and raised slogans like “Go back China" against the Chinese government. A survey report that revealed that China has encroached upon 36 hectare land of Nepal infuriated the Nepalese.
