New York governor faces impeachment risk over sexual misconduct charges

New York state assembly chief okayed a formal investigation against New York governor Andrew Cuomo after the allegations of sexual misconduct against him. With the formal investigation in place, the risk of Cuomo's impeachment has increased. 63-year-old Cuomo has been accused of sexual misconduct by at least 5 women. "The reports of accusations concerning the governor are serious," Democratic assembly speaker Carl Heastie said.
