Nirav Modi traveled to USA on revoked passport regardless of Red Corner notice

Indian agencies learned that accused Nirav Modi in multicrore PNB scam travelled to the US from the UK despite having a red corner notice. Not only this, he was allowed to travel on a revoked passport. This has raised serious concerns against UK authorities as well. It's unclear how he managed to travel as he was arrested over bank fraud case & a London court had denied him bail. His counsel had argued for a conditional bail.
