Nirmala Sitharaman's response to Manmohan's 'blame game' statement

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman responded to Manmohan Singh's statement in which he criticized the current leadership for playing the 'blame game' on the economic slowdown. Sitharaman said, "I respect Dr Manmohan Singh for telling me not to do the blame game. But recalling when and what went wrong during a certain period is absolutely necessary to put it in context." Manmohan had targetted Sitharaman earlier.
