No films of Kumaraswamy’s son & Ambareesh’s widow on Doordarshan : EC

Doordarshan has been asked to not to show films starring CM HD Kumaraswamy's son, Nikhil Kumaraswamy, and ex-minister and film star Ambareesh's widow Sumalatha till the elections are over in Karnataka's Mandya as both of them are set to contest in Lok Sabha elections from the town. The ban has been imposed by the Election Commission but the private TV channels and theaters can show the films.
