Pakistan PM says Japan and Germany shares border. Is it so?

Pakistan PM Imran Khan was giving a joint press statement with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani when he said that Japan and Germany shares border but he actually wanted to say Germany and France. But it didn't happen just for a single time it continued till the end of his speech. Many of the ministers present there were seemed confused in the video being shared on the social media. He emphasized on Germany and Japan border.
