Peter Mukerjea, the accused in Sheena Bora murder case, released from Mumbai jail

Sheena Bora murder case accused Peter Mukerjea has been released from Arthur Road prison after spending over 4 years behind the bars. The release came after the 6-week stay on the Bombay High Court order. Peter was granted bail on medical grounds and also because the CBI failed to prove his involvement in Bora's alleged murder. The CBI didn't approach the SC to challenge the order. Mukerjea is 1 of 4 accused in Bora's murder.
