Rahul Gandhi says CBI's AK Sharma let Mallya escape; CBI denies allegations

Congress President Rahul Gandhi has alleged that CBI Joint Director AK Sharma weakened Vijay Mallya's Look Out Circular from 'detention' to just 'informing' the CBI, making it possible for him to flee the country. Gandhi also wrote in his tweet that Sharma is 'PM's blue-eyed-boy'. CBI later said that the Mallya's LOC was not changed individually but due to lack of sufficient ground to detain and arrest him.
