Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the Nobel prize winner economist Abhijit Banerjee on Tuesday morning. PM Modi posted a tweet after his conversation with Banerjee. "Excellent meeting with Nobel Laureate Abhijit Banerjee. His passion for human empowerment is clearly visible. We had a healthy and extensive interaction on various subjects. India is proud of his accomplishments. Wishing him the very best," Modi wrote.
