PM Modi touches a woman's feet who received an award in Karnataka, video goes viral

PM Modi distributed the Krishi Karman and Commendation awards and also released the 3rd instalment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi in Karnataka. A video clip went viral on social media that shows PM Modi touching the feet of a woman who came on the stage to receive the award. She thanked PM Modi and touched his feet, who in response touched her feet. The award was for Madhya Pradesh and given to Kanchan Verma & Santosh.
