He cited J&K 69 times, Leh Ladakh 28 times in his speech & explained how his govt would push for their development. He spoke about J&K, revoking article 370 & highlighted the benefits of becoming a part of India. He assured citizens that they would have the right to choose their representatives & soon elections will be held in J&K.
