PM Muhyiddin Yassin-led Malaysian cabinet tenders resignation to king

The entire Malaysian cabinet led by Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin has tendered its resignation to the king amid political turmoil in the country. The information was shared on Instagram by science minister Khairy Jamaluddin on Monday. Muhyiddin couldn't win the majority to continue his government. He assumed office as the 8th Prime Minister of the country on March 1, 2020, after the resignation of Matahir Mohamad.
