Priyanka Gandhi to lead Congress in UP assembly polls, no alliance on cards, says Salman Khurshid

Former Union minister Salman Khurshid confirmed on Sunday that the Congress Party will fight the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections under the leadership of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, not Rahul Gandhi. Khurshid also confirmed that Congress would not form an alliance with any party. "We will contest the elections with firm belief. Party workers will go to each constituency to know the problems being faced by the local people," he said.
