Putin names Tax Service Chief Mishustin as new Russian PM after entire Russian govt quits

Hours after Russia's government resigned on Wednesday following President Vladimir Putin's proposal of constitutional reforms that would strengthen parliament's role, Putin has named Tax Service chief Mikhail Mishustin as Russia’s new Prime Minister. Mishustin, who is working in the government since 1998, serving as the head of the Federal Tax Service since 2010. PM Dmitry Medvedev submitted his resignation earlier in the day
