Putin seeks Russian military help to fight coronavirus

Russian President Vladimir Putin has requested the military to start training to help in handling the coronavirus. The 4-day exercise will closely monitor the troops’ readiness to face the contagion. The military will be going through drills on how to handle the outbreak at its bases and also test the military’s ability to quickly deploy its forces. Russia has reported 658 cases of coronavirus with no deaths so far.
