Raj Babbar sends resignation to Rahul Gandhi after defeat in UP

As the results of the Lok Sabha elections 2019, are yet to be declared, the trends have announced PM Modi and his party BJP, to be the winner and since then his supporters are celebrating his victory while the opposition is left disheartened. Following the come back of BJP in Uttar Pradesh, the Congress chief of the state, Raj Babbar has sent his resignation to Rahul Gandhi claiming the responsibility of the defeat.
