Ratul Puri, Jailed in case of fraud, Moves Court in AgustaWestland chopper scam

Ratul Puri was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate on Monday in connection with the Agusta case and arrested for alleged Rs. 354 crore bank fraud after brief questioning. After researchers informed the court that the businessman could attempt to manipulate proof and influence witnesses, the businessman faced a no-bailable warrant. The tribunal will hear the application of Mr. Puri's surrender tomorrow.
