Recounting of presidential election ballots to happen by hand in Georgia

The top election body in Georgia has decided to recount all the ballots cast in the November 3 presidential election by hand. The election body is going to complete the counting by November 20. This is expected to add more votes to Biden's margin of victory. Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger said the recounting is being done due to a very small margin of 14,101 votes between Biden and Trump.
