Rs 200 Notes Expected To Hit The Market By Sept

Rs. 200 notes will hit the market as soon as August end or September first, for the first time in history, says report. To curb the shortage of currency or illegal trade, it is apparently stocking Rs. 50cr in the new denomination notes. The Rs 200 notes will help bridge the gap between Rs.100 and Rs.500 notes. Reports had said new Rs.10 and Rs.100 notes would also be introduced.
