RTI reveals PMO have no records of income tax refunds of former PMs

An RTI has revealed that the Prime Minister’s Office is having no records of the income tax refunds of the previous prime ministers. The RTI to the PMO asked for the details of the income tax refunds received by previous PMs and their council of ministers. To a query seeking details of ITRs of PM Modi, it refused to share the details, saying it was exempted under the RTI Act but then revealed the details.
