Russia, China among 6 nations invited by Taliban for government formation event

The Taliban are almost set to form a government and the Islamist group has invited six nations including Russia and China for the inauguration ceremony. The countries invited to attend the event are Russia, China, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan and Qatar. Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and UAE were the only three countries to have recognised the Taliban regime of the 1990s. Saudi and UAE haven't been invited to the event yet.
