Samajwadi Party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav passes away at 82

Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav passed away at the age of 82 on Monday, October 10, around 8:30 am at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram. Taking to Twitter, Akhilesh Yadav said, "My respected father and everyone's leader is no more." Yadav has been under treatment since August 22 for his regular medical checkups and examinations.
