Saudi Arabia’s King Salman pushes United States for permanent solution to Palestinian issue

Amid the historic peace deal between Saudi Arabia and Israel, Saudi King Salman has conveyed to United States President Donald Trump that he wants a fair and permanent solution to the Palestinian issue based on the kingdom's Arab Peace Initiative. The peace initiative was proposed in 2002. King Salman dialled Trump while appreciating the efforts made by Washington while acting as a mediator between Israel and Saudi.
