Since August, Kashmir suffered Rs 15000cr worth loss

Since, August 5th, when Article 370 was revoked from Jammu and Kashmir, till today the state economy has suffered losses of Rs 15000 crore. A commerce body even claimed that this is only a “conservative estimate” and the real loss is much worse. Apart from the loss of economy, job losses also took place due to the internet shut down. The tourism and handicraft sector witnessed the worst hit among all.
