SP leader abducted and killed by Naxals in Chhattisghar; locals informed police

The police officials on Wednesday said that a leader, Santosh Punem of Samajwadi Party was kidnapped in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur district by the Naxals and then was killed. Santosh was also a contractor and was on a construction site in Marimalla village when he was abducted on late Tuesday evening. His body was found by the locals on Wednesday when they informed the police. The team reached and found his body in a forest.
