Sri Lanka mistook warnings from India over suicide bombing

The Prime Minister of Sri Lanka accepted that India warned them about the blasts before the incident, but they didn't take precautions. The reason for not taking the warnings serious was that SL thought India is trying to provoke Colombo against Pakistan. Ex-defense secretary and ex-police head confessed they misunderstood the warnings and claimed India is instigating them. The attacks on Easter Day claimed nearly 235 lives.
