Sri Lankan president claims IS planning new strategy to target smaller nations

The Sri Lankan president Maithripala Sirisen has claimed that the Islamic States has been planning new strategies to target smaller nations. He further said that they are aware of a small group of people of SL who have taken training from IS. Sirisen informed that the analysis of the bombs and explosives used on Easter Day revealed they were made locally. Also, Police has named all 9 suicide bombers involved in blasts.
