Taliban representatives to be invited by Russia for international talks on Afghanistan

Russia is going to invite Taliban representatives to international talks on Afghanistan that are planned to be held on October 20 in Moscow. Zamir Kabulov, the special representative of President Vladimir Putin told about the international talks without providing further details about them. Russia has concerns about the power struggle between different factions within the Taliban that may lead to wide fallout of Islamist militants.
