The teenage Sikh girl who was allegedly abducted, converted to Islam before getting married to a Muslim man in Pak finally got justice. India strongly raised the issue with Pakistan. Due to the pressure from India on the safe return of the girl to her family, Pak political leaders intervened & struck a compromise between the victim's family & her in-laws. Finally, the girl's in-laws agreed to let her return to her family.
