Marking the 100th anniversary of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre during the Vaisakhi festival in Amritsar; PM Theresa May has repeated UK govt's deep regret over the massacre but no apology. At a Vaisakhi reception at Downing Street in London, PM May repeated words from her House of Commons statement last month as she referred to the 'shameful scar' on British Indian history. However, it fell short of a formal apology.
