Thousands rally in Hong Kong in massive protest

Thousands of black-clad protesters gathered in Hong Kong under the crisp blue sky for a rally demanding democracy in the financial hub as the protests continue even after six months. However, Authorities gave green light to Civil Human Rights Front – the organization behind the largely peaceful marches in June - to arrange the rally. It’s the first time the group has been given permission for a protest since August.
