TMC registers complaint against BJP leaders for demanding separate North Bengal

A complaint has been registered against BJP leaders John Barla and Saumitra Khan by the ruling Trinamool Congress for demanding separate statehood for North Bengal. TMC accused the BJP leaders of trying to divide the state. John Barla, who is a member of parliament from the Alipurduar constituency, raised the demand for a separate state and at least 4 complaints have been lodged against the BJP leader.
