Trade war between US and China put on hold

US secretary of the Treasury, Steven Mnuchin has stated that negotiations between the US and China have been successful so both countries have put on hold their imposition of tariffs on each other's exports. This comes after a 2-day talk between Mnuchin and Chinese vice premier Liu He. The talks aimed to find effective measures to reduce the US trade deficit with China, which had hit $375 billion.
