A United Nations report says more than 100,000 civilians were killed or hurt in the past 10 years in Afghanistan since UN started documenting the casualties in a war that continues to hurt the country for 18 years. The report comes ahead of a potential peace deal between Afghanistan and US that might be signed on February 29. It can end the longest war bringing home US troops negotiating the future of Afghanistan.
