"Unacceptable proposition": Russia cites differences with US over new nuclear agreement

As US called on Russia to stop its nuclear activities during the extension period of the New START nuclear agreement, Russia rejected the calls while terming Washington's demand "an unacceptable proposition". US also tried to include China in the agreement but China rejected the proposal with the Chinese disarmament envoy, Li Song saying: "There are only two largest nuclear arsenals on earth. Not three."
