US attorney general William Barr says no evidence of election fraud found

While the outgoing US President Donald Trump has repeatedly claimed that the Presidential elections in November were rigged, Attorney General William Barr said that the Justice Department found no evidence of widespread voter fraud. “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” Barr said. He had asked the prosecutors to avoid probing “fanciful or far-fetched claims.”
