US commerce sued by FedEx for export restrictions on Huawei

FedEx, the popular US delivery company, has filed a lawsuit against the US govt for forcing federal govt export bans. FedEx said that US Export Administration Regulation violates the common carriers' rights by making the delivery company liable for shipments that may violate US restrictions. The lawsuit came after FedEx mishandles a couple of deliveries for Huawei, which is facing a trade ban from the Trump govt.
