US President Joe Biden spoke with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday as he condemned Russian large-scale strikes on Ukrainian cities and pledged advanced air defence systems to Kyiv. Biden's assurance comes as the United States has committed more than USD 15 billion in security assistance to Ukraine since January 2021, according to the US Defence department.
