While India is celebrating the first anniversary of the gruesome Pulwama attack and paying homage to the 40 martyrs, the political blame game has already begun. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter to ask three questions: 1. "Who benefitted the most from the attack?" 2. "What is the outcome of the inquiry into the attack?" 3. "Who in the BJP has yet been held accountable for the security lapses that allowed the attack?"
