After the US House of representatives impeached outgoing President Donald Trump, the question that arises is, will Trump leave the office immediately? The technical answer to this is No. The impeachment article will now be sent to the US senate whose task is to find whether the charges levelled against the President are correct or not. Since the US Senate is in recess and will reconvene on January 19, Trump will stay in the office.
