Will ensure Americans are taken care of first: Joe Biden on delivery of Covid vaccine to other countries

US President Joe Biden said Americans will be the first to get coronavirus vaccine while adding that any surplus would be shared with others. "We're going to start off and ensure Americans are taken care of first, but we're then going to try to help the rest of the world. If we have a surplus, we're going to share it with the rest of the world," Biden said. He reiterated that US has committed $4 billion to COVAX global initiative.
