You are not home minister of only northern India: DMK opposes Citizenship bill

The Citizenship Amendment Bill was tabled in the parliament amid huge uproar by the opposition. Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor submitted a notice in the Lok Sabha to oppose the bill. DMK said Amit Shah is the Home Minister of the whole India and not just northern India, while opposing the bill. Congress MP Manish Tewari went one step further and said it was Savarkar who first laid out the two-nation theory.
